Terms and Conditions for our Quran Teaching Program

Please go through with the following Terms and Conditions carefully and feel free to contact us in case of any question/query regaring terms and conditions.

Registration and Payments

• Registration is absolutely free.
• On successful registraion, we will provide you 3 free trial classes.
• On completion of trial classes, you have to decide either to continue with regular classes or to leave Quran Organization.
• In case of regular classes, you have to pay fee in advance for selected tutoring plan.
• Monthly payment should be paid till 5th of each month.
• Quran Organization reserve the rights to stop the classes in case of non payment.

Makeup Classes and Leave Policy

• A student can take upto 2 makeup classes in a particular month.
• You have to book your makeup class with an advance notice of minimum 24 hours.
• In case of leave, you must inform us at-least 2 hours before of class. Otherwise it will be considered as Absent and there will be no makeup for that particular class.
• If you are planning for long leave and need to hold your classes slots, you have to pay full fee for your tutoring plan as those particular time slots will be reserved for your classes and will not be used for any other student.
• There will be no refund for missed or absent classes. How ever, you can apply for makeup classes according to above mentioned terms.
• Following is the list of Official holidays, please note that there will be no makeup or refund of Official Holidays.
  • Eid ul Fitr
  • Eid ul Azha
  • 9th and 10th Moharram ul Haram
  • 12th Rabi ul Awal
  • 14th August
  • 25th December

Safety

• We care about the safety of our students. You are also requested not to share your contact information or your credit card and bank information with any teacher. Quran Organization will be not responsible in case of misuse.
• Teachers are also not allowed to ask for or share their contact number, email address, or Social Media accounts with students or parents, if anyone does so, please inform us urgently.
• Please don’t discuss classes’ schedules, payment, or anything extra with the teachers. In these cases, contact the Admin through call, Admin Skype, Email, or Whatsapp.
• Quran Organization may revise its Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure the best education and services to our students and their parents.
